1. Orders
Placing an order on Relacmall is an offer to buy at the listed price. We confirm orders by phone call or automatically depending on the payment method chosen at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a delivery address can't be reached — and will let you know if that happens.
2. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Depending on the current checkout setting, payment may be cash/M-Pesa on delivery, a delivery-fee deposit online with the balance on delivery, or full payment online via M-Pesa or card. Online payments are processed by Paystack (card) and KopoKopo (M-Pesa).
3. Delivery
We deliver countrywide via courier partners. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by location and courier availability. Where cash/M-Pesa is due on delivery, you may inspect the item before paying.

5. Product information
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Minor variations in colour or packaging may occur. If an item significantly differs from its description, you may refuse it on delivery or return it per our returns policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate delivery and contact details, and not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or to place fraudulent orders.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to order from us after a change means you accept the updated terms.
