Card and M-Pesa payments are handled by licensed payment processors (Paystack and KopoKopo). Your payment details are entered directly with them, not stored on our servers.

We share order details with delivery couriers (to deliver your order) and payment processors (to collect payment). We share limited, hashed contact information with Meta and Google for advertising measurement as described above. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account data or stop contacting you for marketing at any time by reaching out using the contact details below. Order records may be kept as required for accounting and legal purposes even after such a request.
